Terms of Service

1. Overview of Services

• Dragos Capital provides an AI-driven cryptocurrency trading platform that assists users in investing in crypto assets with the goal of achieving an average monthly return between 8% and 10% of the invested amount.
• All strategies are developed through market analysis, in-depth research, and extensive backtesting to optimize results.

2. Investment Responsibility

• All investments made through Dragos Capital are entirely at the sole risk and responsibility of the User.
• Dragos Capital does not provide any guarantees regarding profits, capital protection, or performance outcomes.
• The User acknowledges and agrees that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and that Dragos Capital is not legally responsible for any financial losses, damages, or missed profits.

3. Minimum Investment Holding Period

• Initial capital investments are locked for six (6) months from the date of deposit.
• Early withdrawal of initial capital before the end of this period will incur a 20% fee on the withdrawn amount.
• Monthly profits (8–10%) may be withdrawn at any time without restriction.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their investment and withdraw their full balance within seven (7) days of registration with no fees.
• After this period, the six-month holding rule and early withdrawal fee will apply.

5. Risk Disclosure & Liability Waiver

• All investments carry risk. Past performance, strategy backtesting, and historical analysis do not guarantee future results.
• By investing through Dragos Capital, the User acknowledges full responsibility for their investment decisions and accepts that Dragos Capital will not be held liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages, whether direct or indirect.
• Users agree that Dragos Capital is not a financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment advice.

6. User Obligations

• Users must ensure all registration information provided is accurate.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, technology, strategies, and branding remain the exclusive property of Dragos Capital.
• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
• All rights are reserved to Dragos Capital.

8. Changes to Terms

Dragos Capital reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
